This week on the Cuttlebug Challenge blog the Be Inspired #74 Challenge is to Dress Up and Envelope. I decided to decorate a 6 X 9 envelope and then use it as a layer on my scrapbook page. I used an embossing folder on the gray cardstock layer of my page to add interest.
Making Money - In the past several months, my two older children have figured out the value of earning and having their own money. One of the things they do to earn extra cash is to help out with the laundry. Something I am extremely grateful for! :)
I stamped the butterflies and flowers multiple times, cut out a portion of them, and then stacked them on top of each other with foam adhesive squares to add dimension.
See those cute stamps?! They are by My Cute Stamps . I mixed three different sets on this page. The scallop border is created from a stamp from the Celebrate Chandelier set. The flowers, butterflies and leaves come from the Hello Doodle and Spunky Nature set. I kept the images black and white so they would stand out from the patterned papers on this page. I love the doodle-y feel they give to this page. The butterflies are accented with jewel droplets by Adornit. The flowers are accented with Basic Grey buttons.

And for you sketch lovers out there, . . . here's one to go along with this page.
Thanks for coming by!
