Hello Card

For this warm & cozy "Hello" card using the CPS sketch, I decided to make my own bookpaper flower. I used Spiced Cider Blingz by Shimmerz Paints and the flat, round end of my paintbrush to paint the polka dots onto the diecut bookpaper flowers. When they were dry I scrunched them up and then layered them with a felt flower and glazed brad.

I love the friendly feel of the polka dots . . . perfect for a note to a friend.

Supplies: Spiced Cider Blingz, Noel Mignon "Mill Street" kit, additional patterned papers by Collage Press, string

Thanks for coming by!

  6. Hi Jana! I was wondering if you used a punch to make that flower? If so,which one? I always see these but don't know if they are jut cut freehanded or punched out. Thanks!
