This month at My Little Shoebox we were lucky to get to do a product swap with Hero Arts Stamps! I KNOW!!! WOW!!!! :D :D :D
I worked with My Little Shoebox's "Imagine a Forest" line and chose these Hero Arts stamps to go along with them.
Scattered Leaf Border - #K5230
Dots & Flowers - #S5213
Simple & Basic Alphabet - CL312
Here are 4 layouts and a card that I created combining these super fun products.
My Family Tree is Full of Nuts - We love to go out to eat together as a family. These silly shots were taken at Texas Roadhouse this past summer when the kids discovered my camera hiding in my purse. :)
It's a little hard to tell becauseu I covered it up with my photos, but I used Bed of Roses Spritz and Olive Branch Spritz by Shimmerz on the cream plaid paper. :)
Hula Girl - Camryn received a hula girl set for her birthday from her Grandma and Grandpa Eubank who are serving an LDS Mission in Hawaii. She looked so cute in that little coconut bra and immediately started swishing her hips the second we put the skirt on her! I used the Dots & Flowers background stamp to create the bright pink circle accent. I used the Simple & Basic Alpha as part of the title. The letter stickers are by K & Company. The flowers are by Prima.
Little Girls - When you have a house full of little girls, you tend to stumble into lots of little "scenes" set up all over the house. I love these toy vignettes and started taking pictures of them at the beginning of the summer. They always make me smile and I know that someday I will miss having them around. :)
I used the Dots & Flowers Background stamp here again to make another circle accent. The words "Summer 2009" were created with the Hero Arts Simple & Basic Alphabet.
To make the American Crafts Thickers shine I coated them with Choc-o-lat Shimmerz paint. The background also gets a hint of shimmer with Baby's Breath Spritz by Shimmerz. I love the way it shows up on the dark brown cardstock!
Sweet Sisters - These little cuties are my sister's girls. I used the Scattered Leaf Border in several colors, then cut out the leaves by hand to make accents to go around the title and journal block. The title was created with the Simple & Basic Alphabet stamps.
Nuts 4 You Card - This was such a fun little card to make . . . and I'm thinking these would be really fun to do for Valentine's Day in February! The pink/cream background was created using the Dots & Flowers Background stamp by Hero Arts. The sentiment was created using the Simple & Basic Alphabet. That cute ribbon is by Adornit.
I do have one more card to share with you, but that will have to wait until tomorrow when I can get a decent picture of it in the sunlight. :)
Thanks for stopping by! I'll see you again soon!
