The Noel Mignon Sizzlin' Summer Crop started yesterday. Each day the design team is offering up a challenge and you have until August 19th to submit your pages. Nice and relaxed pace . . . just like summer! :D :D :D
Every summer we pull out our quilt and put it in the back of the car. There it waits for us, ready for us to use for family picnics, trips to the park and for a place to sit at all the parades and firework displays we run around to. :) I glanced at mine one day and thought it would be fun to use quilts as an inspiration piece for a challenge! :D
JANA'S PICNIC QUILT CHALLENGE
"Open up that Scrap Drawer and put together a pieced background! Pull out those bits and pieces of past Noel Mignon kits you've been saving and put them to use! . . . whatever your heart desires. Just make sure we can tell that your layout is quilt-inspired."
I used this page from the Pottery Barn catalog to inspire my quilt-like circle. :)
Come on over and play with us! :)
