You should have just arrived from Deanna's Blog! If you did you are on the right track!
The inspiration for my page element I have for you today was CONFETTI! What birthday party doesn't include confetti in the festivities?!!! :D So, on your page I would like you to use some kind of punching and then back it with paper! Let me show you what I mean!
Here is another example:
You now have element #3 of 8...for the next element, visit KRISTIN'S BLOG. When you've gathered all six elements, get creating, and don't forget to post your project in the Urban Anthology gallery by Sunday at Midnight Pacific Time for a chance to win the Urban Anthology Birthday Queen grand prize!
Good luck!

Thanks for coming by!
Happy Birthday, Urban Anthology!!!
My favorite bday tradition is to get a bday cake! My bday used to get so neglected cuz it lands near Thanksgiving, but I'm making sure to always request a cake now! hehee
ReplyDeleteThe older I get, the more I just appreciate getting together with the family for birthdays.
ReplyDeleteJana those are awesome layouts. Great choice I love confetti!
ReplyDeleteOops my favorite birthday tradition is going out for Thai Food!
ReplyDeleteSuper cool technique & I love your layouts!
ReplyDeleteI guess right now the only tradition we have is to have a party for our kids' birthdays each year. Mine & DH's birthdays are right before Christmas so not much birthday celebration there--they get mixed in together.
oh i love that idea! tfs. i don't think we have any traditions, really? gosh that seems sad now that i say it, loL!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tradition now, is to go visit my grandkids in GA and spend time a week with them during the month of their b-days.
ReplyDeleteAs a grown up---my fav. bday tradition is getting my Margarita at margarita's!!
ReplyDeleteLove your examples and the sketch below as well!
I love our "make your own sundae" instead of birthday cake
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a tradition, other then celebrating my birthday in april late... my inlaws are accountants... so the birthday must wait until after tax season, hehe.
ReplyDeleteHas to be the guilt free cake and ice cream!
ReplyDeleteGoing to dinner at Albert's Restaurant (in the middle of the San Diego Zoo!)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite birthday tradition was we always got to open our presents at breakfast before school. You also got to choose what you wanted for dinner that night and mom would always bring cupcakes to school, (flavor of your choice of course) to share with the class.
ReplyDelete.....nope, no traditions here. It changes year to year! Love your LO's.....gorgeous as always!
