Kevin is taking the two older kids over to the lot to help clean up a bunch of debris in the yard. They each took a friend, so who knows how much they'll really help. LOL! But I think they will have fun. I should sneak over and get some pictures of them later.
We had a realtor bring someone through our house yesterday. I sure hope we sell soon. It would be a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. But, we know it's out of our control and it will happen when it's supposed to happen. We just need to keep praying that the family who is meant for our home will find it. :)
The great thing is now my house is all clean and that means I can just scrap all day! YIPPEE! I should be picking out lights and plumbing fixtures . . . hmmmmm. I guess I better do a little bit of that today, too.
I've been having so much fun with the new Noel Mignon Cotton Candy kit. Her kits always get me in a creative mood. I LOVE when a kit does that. Things just flow and the layouts practically put themselves together. So fun! Here are two more layouts using the Cotton Candy kit.
On this first one, I used a sketch by my good friend, Allison Cope. She just started her own sketch site called So Sketchy. She is one talented designer! Definitely take some time to check it out! She even offers a subscription to exclusive sketches that come right to your house! How cool is that!
This second one was inspired by a layout by Keisha Campbell. Awhile back she posted an amazing layout with lace paper peeking through a bunch of holes cut through cardstock. I just had to give that technique a try. Super fun!
Have a great weekend!
