A Few More Sweet Pea Scraps Layouts

WooHOO! I'm on a bloggin' roll lately! :)

Just wanted to share with you one of my favorite "treats" when I'm watching my calories. Have you tried Peach Fresca? Mmmmmm. It's YUM! If you're not a peach person, you should still try it. I normally don't gravitate to peach-y things, but my mom convinced me I had to give it a chance . . . it's now a regular item on our grocery list. :) My hubby even loves it!

Here are a few more projects I made with the February Sweet Pea Scraps kit. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED this kit! The black, red and green color combination works for so many things!

This layout is of my kids receiving letters in the mail from Santa this past Christmas. I had so much journaling to go on this page and decided to put it in a column. I actually liked this page better before I added the journaling, BUT it had to be on there. :) I'm seriously considering cutting out the photo grouping, glueing it down on another piece of cream cardstock and making my journaling hidden. Is that terrible! But then the other side of me says, "Leave it alone! It's done! Move on." LOL! Does that ever happen to you? The only thing Owen is allowed to cook at this point is toast. Usually he's a cinnamon-sugar type of kid, but this particular day he was branching out to marshmallows and honey. Hmmmmmm. ???


I'm sure everyone is off to (or getting ready to go to) CHA this week. One of these years I'm gonna go. I think it would be fun and totally crazy to be around so many scrap-silly people. I'm hoping next year it is in January again. February is a BAD month work-wise for my hubby which is why I wasn't able to sneak away this year. I'll be stalking the blogs, though, to see all the fun everyone else is having.
